The jumbo bag unloader is mainly used in plastics, rubber, medicine, chemical industry and other fields to unpack and unpack large bags of granular materials such as plastic resin,food additives,sugar,tapioca flour etc. The large bag unpacking and unloading machine lifts the ton bag packaging materials to the feeding port, and after the unloading port of the packaging bag is untied manually, the powdery material in the
packaging bag falls into the hopper below by its own weight.
This equipment is also equipped with a pneumatic pusher which push the bottom of the big bag to break material bridged over the outlet as well as agitate the sides of the bag near the spout, stimulating material movement. As the bag empties, air cylinders push the paddles further toward the center of the bag for complete discharge.
