Vertical Cement silo
Traditionally, we use vertical cement silo to store dry powder material like cement, fly ash etc. It is usually equipped with
accessories like filter, level indicator, flow promotion device, safety valve to ensure it works efficiently and environment
friendly.
Currently, we can produce 20T to 2000T vertical cement silo in welding type or bolted type. Welding type cement silo is easy to install but inconvenient for transportation; While bolted type cement silo is convenient for transportation but time-consuming for installation. Horizontal cement silo
Horizontal cement silo is also a storage tank for dry powder material like cement, fly ash etc. It is designed to avoid the
inconvenience of vertical silo. Compared with vertical cement silo, it has the following advantages:
1. No big reinforced concrete foundation is needed, so we can save much time and cost to prepare the foundation;
2. It is much lower in height, so it is very convenient for maintenance;
3. Easy to install and move to other job sites.
