The nonwoven bouffant cap making machine is a special piece of equipment used for the production of elastic non-woven bouffant caps that are often used in hospitals and dust free environments. The equipment features a high degree of automation, including feeding, forming, counting, and collecting. Only one person is needed for operation.
It is used with 9~16gsm thick nonwoven fabrics, and 450~480mm wide raw materials. A single machine has multiple functions, and bouffant caps in various specifications, including a length of 18", 19", 20", and 21", can be produced simply by replacing molds.
