Heavy-Duty Double Helix Spiral Mixer for Effortless Cleaning

Product Description

The Double Screw Conical Mixer , equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, performs both self-rotation around its own axis and revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This configuration generates four types of directional forces. The two asymmetrical spirals rotate to lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's slow revolution circulates the material in a circular motion. The coordinated rotation and revolution of the spirals draw the material inwards and disperse it outwardly in a circular path. The upwardly lifted material streams converge at the center and flow downwards, filling the void at the bottom, thereby creating an overall circulating flow.
