Automatic carbonated beer beverage soda drink aluminum can washing filling and seaming machine production lineProduct Description Working principle When the empty can is input by the conveyor belt through the screw divider, it is sent to the predetermined center of the turntable through the tray to rotate synchronously with the turntable. Due to the effect of compressed air, the centering cover lifts the empty can to the desired filling state, and the intake valve opens CO2 gas in the channel directly flushes the can. After the valve is closed, the can establishes an equal pressure with the inside of the cylinder, and then passes through the valve opening cam, the liquid valve opens, and the filling starts. Through the three liquid inlet tanks, the material goes down the can wall, at the same time the gas in the can is returned to the cylinder through the air pipe. The height of the filling level is changed by the length of the return air pipe. When the level of carbonated drink reaches and return air pipe, the return air is blocked, the filling valve is stopped, and an overpressure is generated in the gas part of the upper part of the tank, thereby preventing the filling material from continuing to flow down. The liquid valve is closed by the closing cam.The exhaust valve is opened, the exhaust balances the pressure in the filling with the atmospheric pressure, and the exhaust channel is away from the liquid surface, thereby preventing the liquid from being brought out during the exhaust. At the moment when the can is out, the centering hood is lifted by the cam, and the can leaves the can platform under the action of the inner and outer shields. The finished cans are sent to the sealing machine head via a hook chain, and the lid is sent to the mouth of the tank through the cap feeder. When the can supporting mechanism is raised, the indenter presses the mouth of the can, and the sealing wheel is presealed and sealed.
