ROTOR:
The knife adopts V-shaped arrangement, the blade has a variety of different components and materials to choose from, and the Angle can be changed for many times.
The fixed tool can be adjusted, and the material discharge effect can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the tools.
Can choose surface surfacing welding wear-resistant materials, suitable for processing some hard, wear larger materials, effectively ensure the long-term stable use of the tool roll.
CHAMBER:
Using special steel plate welding, exquisite welding technology. With wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low noise, long service life.
RUDECER:
The reducer adopts a well-known brand gear box to increase the safety factor and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
The main shaft is lengthened, the position of the bearing seat is offset outwards, and the internal drain groove is provided to effectively reduce the impact of materials in the crushing area on the oil seal bearing.
PUSHER:
The space between the pusher device and the box chamber is precisely machined to ensure the gap between the pusher device and the box chamber, and effectively avoid the material entering the inside of the pusher device and the wear of the guide rail.
SCREEN:
According to different needs, different aperture screen can be replaced.The replacement screen adopts hydraulic drive to better solve the shortage of manpower and the security risks brought by the replacement screen.
