Product Description

Function:The machine is mainly used for processing the profile of marble and granite. Such as:processing the arc slabs of different specifications, solid columns, hollow columns, large stone lines and English letter, etc.
Brief introduction of SHXJ1500 wire saw machine:
1.The machine has steady structure, including top beam,two upright column,square box,hydraulic station tensioning unit,two big flywheel. Left side install a driven big flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit. tensioning device controls diamond wire tension or loosen, meanwhile keep the diamond wire pressure. Right side install a driving flywheel and main motor, it can control the speed of wire between 0-40m/s via inverter. the machine can cut different kind of stone material.
2. This machine is controlled by four axis linkage CNC system. Machine lifting and trolley movement are controlled by servo system. Guide wheel rotating adopt step system.
3. Operator can write program and enter cutting parameter in the cnc control panel. If there are any complex graphics, can draw graphics by AutoCAD and save as DXF format. the cnc system can read the DXF files and automatically make the program when put the U disk to the USB interface of cnc system.
4. Trolley move by Screw rod. Screw rod is soaked with oil in the protective cover of screw rod(Patent product).
5. The machine will stop automatically and display failures on the screen if wire broken.
6.the machine has a water spray system. if no water or not enough water,the machine will automatically stop.
