The superior exhaust emission performance
Adopting the national Ⅵ series chassis , the exhaust emission is superior.
Using double circuit air brake, the air pressure is higher than 6.5 bars after 5 continual whole journey brake, that ensure enough pressure and high delicacy.
Intelligent remote B version and tetragonal image system are assembled, The tetragonal image is equipped with a multi-function display screen to eliminate the driving field of vision and improve driving safety.
Reliability
The special chassis has ultra-low center of gravity, its frame adopt and thicken new high-strength materials, high torsional rigidity have been validated by finite element analysis and experiment. The use of 16 tons driving axle ensure super carrying capacity.
Beam structure of the special chassis has been optimized according structure which is perfect match, the chassis maintain the original structure without secondary improvement, so it doesn’t cause stress damage to become more stable and reliable.
Practicability
The special chassis use double reduction driving axle, which lowest position reaches 230mm from the ground, the height is higher than general chassis, and so the whole truck has the better passing capability in order to the bad road condition of building site.
The chassis use aluminum alloy oil box, which is 300L capacity, that give the whole truck the better passing capacity further.
Low speed but large torque mechanism with double intermediate shaft aluminum casing gear-box supplies strong power, so the concrete truck mixer have powerful slope climbing ability with over loading, the angle of slope climbing can reaches 30%.
Equipped with multi-function steering wheel and air bag shock absorption main seat,it can adjust its height and Angle flexibly by itself to improve driving comfort.
Energy saving
Driving system is optimized：Engine, aluminum casing gear-box and driving axle all adopt the best modulus combination to drive, the efficiency of energy translation is higher, and oil costs reduce near 5% than general chassis.
10 manual gears large torque aluminum casing gear-box, multiple-choice gears meet need of energy saving of whole truck, oil costs is saved farther.
Equipped with theMC07H.35-60 and WP8.340E51 engine, the design is light, light weight, powerful power, durable and durable, with the lowest fuel consumption and the best working condition.
