Machine Body 1.Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability. 2.Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.

Separating Spray Before the pre milling function, the machine equipped with one separating spray device, which will isolate the dust and adhesive on the board surface, which will be easy to remove them.

Cleaning Spray Device With the special cleaning agent spray device, which can help the buffing unit to clean the leaking adhesive on the board surface.

Buffing Unit 1.Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing. 2.Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.

Automatic Lubrication Pump Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.
