Auto Refinish 1K Silver Powder Color Paint Fine White Aluminum
[Product Overview]
One component master-batch series products including solid color paint, silvery paint and pearl paint. It provides the car painting with metallic flashing effect, so that the car body is more three-dimensional, showing the luxurious nature. Variable color combinations can be adjusted to meet the color needs of the refinish.
[Construction Parameter]
Products and Additive: Dullis1K Color Master-batch( 1K Base coat Colors)
Thinner: Dullis Universal/High Performance Thinner
Suitable Substrates: Old paint film or primer surface polished with P600#~1000 # sandpaper.
Surface Treatment: Use a dust cloth to clean the surface of the substrate.
Mixing Ratio(volume ratio):
1K Metallic Paint: Thinner = 1 : 0.8~1
Pot Life:24 hours (25ºC). Stir it well before using if more than 1 hour.
Spray Gun Setup and Application Pressure:
Gun caliber: 1.2-1.4mm, Spray pressure: 1.8 ~ 2.5kg/cm².
Spray-painted Method:Spray 2-3 layers of single spray at 1.8-2.5kg /cm² pressure, with a volatilization time of 2-3 minutes (20ºC) and a gun distance of 15-20cm. Apply final layer at 2 kg/cm² after fully cover. After volatilizing for 2-10 minutes, then spray varnish within 1 hour.
Drying Time: 15 minutes (25ºC)
Notes:1. After spraying Dullis 1K metallic paint and ensuring that the 1K metallic paint is completely dry, the clear coat should be sprayed within 1 hour as much as possible.
