The categories of aluminum alloy strip include: pure aluminum strip, transformer aluminum strip, super hard aluminum strip, fully soft aluminum strip, semi hard aluminum strip and antirust aluminum strip.
According to the different alloy elements contained in the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip and the aluminum plate are also divided into 8 series. But the commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 Series.
According to the different annealing states of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can be divided into fully soft (o-state), semi hard (H24) and fully hard (h18). The most commonly used should belong to the full soft series, because the o state is easy to stretch and bend.
The main processing equipment of aluminum strip is Slitting unit, which can be divided into required length and width according to needs.
In the world, the raw materials of electronic products no longer rely solely on copper strip. Since the conductivity of aluminum is only lower than that of copper, it is becoming a popular trend to replace copper strip with aluminum strip.

The specific uses of the aluminum strip mainly include: Transformer aluminum strip (transformer aluminum foil), aluminum strip for high-frequency welding hollow aluminum strip, aluminum strip for fin radiator, aluminum strip for cable, aluminum strip for stamping, aluminum strip for aluminum side strip, etc.
There are many other uses of aluminum tape/strip, such as: aluminum plastic composite pipe, optical cable, heater, louver, etc.
1060 is used for occasions requiring high corrosion resistance and formability, but it does not require high strength. Chemical equipment is its typical use.
1100 is used for processing parts and components that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength, such as chemical products, food industrial devices and storage containers, sheet metal processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welding parts, heat exchangers, printed boards, nameplates, reflective devices.
3004 is used for parts with higher requirements than 3003 alloy, chemical product production and storage devices, sheet metal processing parts, building baffles, cable ducts, sewers, and various lamp parts.
3003 is mainly used to process parts requiring good molding performance, high corrosion resistance, or good weldability, or workpieces requiring higher strength than 1000 series alloy, such as tanks and tanks for liquid transportation, pressure tanks, storage devices, heat exchangers, chemical equipment, aircraft fuel tanks, oil ducts, reflective plates, kitchen equipment, washing machine cylinders, rivets and welding wires.
5052 alloy has good formability, corrosion resistance, Candlestick resistance, fatigue strength and medium static strength. It is used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, sheet metal parts of traffic vehicles and ships, meters, street lamp supports and rivets, hardware products, etc.
