In reducing acid environments, the corrosion resistance of titanium valves hinges on the presence of corrosion inhibitors within the medium.
These valves are not only lightweight and possess high mechanical strength but also offer a wide range of applications.
Key Characteristics
Grades: Gr2 and Gr3
Outstanding resistance against pitting and crevice corrosion. These valves are highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, corrosion fatigue, and erosion.
Grades: Gr5, 6, 12
Enhanced strength with elements such as AI, Mo, Sn, and V, coupled with increased corrosion resistance in reducing acids, thanks to Pt content.
Typical Applications
