The tooth type grinder is suitable for food and grain and other industries, and has a wide range of uses. It utilizes the high-speed relative movement between the movable toothed plate and the fixed toothed plate, so that the crushed objects are pulverized by the comprehensive action of tooth impact, friction and impact between objects. Working principle:
1.The high-speed relative motion between moving fluted disc make the material in the chamber cut, crushed, and impacted under high-strength friction, then the fine powder comes out through a screening sieve. Different sizes of powder could be made by changing the various size of the sieve screen.
2.It utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the moving tooth set and regular tooth set, which makes the material crushed through concussion, rub and crush between the materials. The crushed raw material can be discharged through the grinding chamber. Moreover, different size of raw material to be crushed can be got through exchanging screen with different mesh.
