Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) relies on raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is fabricated. The process involves manual or automatic hanging of mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on creating steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring the assembly frame circulates automatically.

4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded by a crane, placed on a cutting car, and subjected to side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired shape.
The ground turning table then removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Following waste removal, the billet body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transferred to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
