The Para-aramid filament is made of polycondensation of p-phenylenediamine and terephthaloyl chloride.The appearance of the filament is golden yellow,the relative density is low,and the strength is 5-6 times that of steel wire. It has good flame retardancy and thermal stability. It can maintain performance decay at 200°c without degradation. The main specifications are 200D, 400D, 600D, 800D, 1000D, 1500D, 3000D,which are widely used in tires, optical cables,hoses,rubber products,ropes,high-speed rail, personal protection,friction,sealing and other fields.
Para-aramid staple fiber is made of filament as raw material,washed with water,crimped and cut,and then surface-treated,its appearance is golden yellow.Staple fiber products have a variety of specifications,according to length into three specifications 38mm, 51mm, 76mm, according to linear density into two specifications 1.65dtex, 2.5dtex. It is widely used in the fields of anti-cutting gloves,high temperature conveyor belt,flue gas dust removal filter material,fire fighting materia,lifting sling,safety rope and so on.

Its density is only 1/5 of that of steel wire, but its tensile streng this 5 times that of steel wire, and its toughness is twice that of steel wire; And it has excellent thermal stability, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, insulation, fatigue resistance, as well as non decomposition and non melting properties below 560 ºC.
