FAQ
1. Q: What's about your brand and package?
R:We can offer two different business solution: A, BTE brand, BTE code and BTE packing; B, customer’s brand, code and packing. For the customer’s packing, we have to ask for the reasonable quantity and charge the additional costs.
2. Q: Which kind of the bearing do you used in your tensioner?
R: Most of our tensioner are used the Chinese bearings. We can also use the Japanese bearing, however the costs of the bearings are very expensive. We suggest you to use the Chinese bearings, all these bearings are well controlled for the auto application. The grease is ESSO N3 or, Korean grease TP3200.
3. Q: The delivery time of our new order
R: The general delivery time is about 45 to 65 days after the order confirmation. This delivery date is the on board time in China, not the arrival time. We are also trying to supply our customers from our stocks. Most of our stocks are the spare part, we are not able to give an exact stock list. We need to check the delivery date according to the quantity and our production plan.
4. Q: What's about your payment item?
R: The payment term is L/C sight or T/T in advance. The normal term is TT 50% against the order and TT 50% before the shipment date.
