High quality cast iron, using low frequency melting furnace to ensure the quality of castings.
After normalization treatment and 1.5 years of natural aging, the internal stress of the bed is eliminated, ensuring the accuracy of the bed and ensuring no deformation.
The guide rail surface undergoes high-frequency quenching, precision grinding, and manual scraping, with high wear resistance and rigidity.
Stable bed structure design, the machine tool has extremely high overall accuracy.

The spindle is made of SNCM-220H high-grade alloy steel imported from Japan, which has been quenched and tempered, deeply cooled, and precision ground to achieve high spindle accuracy and speed.
The spindle seat adopts a high hydrostatic pressure patent, which can form a high-pressure oil film of 20-25KG/cm2, allowing the spindle to suspend in it. During operation, there is no contact or friction with the spindle seat, resulting in high rigidity and no wear, ensuring high-precision machining and ultra long working life.
High hydrostatic pressure spindle provides 3-year maintenance.

The spindle assembled through standard procedures has a rotation accuracy of<1.5 μm. Bringing high-precision grinding performance.
The fastest speed of the grinding wheel is 50m/s (hydrostatic pressure) and 35m/s (dynamic pressure), ensuring the optimal surface smoothness of the workpiece.
Guide wheel continuously variable speed (10-300rpm), suitable for different processing needs.
