4.It is controlled by PLC , with touch screen and man-machine interface.
5.The machine can automatically finish the processes of pouch forming, filling, dosing, sealing, and date printing, etc.
6.It adopts the photoelectric probe unit in the packaging process to guarantee the completeness and the beauty of the pattern.
7.The machine adopts ribbon hot print technology as the date printing system to ensure the clearness of the characters.
8.The machine is capable for the composite packaging materials (films) as PE/PA/PET, PE/PA, PE/PET, PE/BOPP, PE/AL/PET etc.
9.It is suitable for liquid and non-rigid particles viscosity of packaging materials, such as: vines, non-carbonated drinks, fruit juice, fresh milk, soy sauce, vinegar and edible oil etc., liquid foods as well as liquid chemical products, jam, sweet paste, soy bean paste, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and seasonings such as shampoo, detergent, paste pesticides, paint and wood finish of chemical products.
