Large Capacity Double Roll Crusher with ISO Certificate

Product Description

Product Description
High efficiency Coal gangue double toothed roll crusher
Product Description
Tooth roll crusher for coal, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, building materials and other industries more suitable for large-scale coal or coal preparation plant (including gangue) broken. Roll crusher capacity, coupled with the limited pitch type fluid coupling between the motor and reducer to prevent power overload, overload sensors, safe and reliable. Roll spacing hydraulic adjustment, toothed roller bearing concentrated lubrication. Tooth design optimization, select the shear pull crushing, high efficiency and low consumption, the grain evenly.
Working Principle
Roller Crusher consists of roll wheel, roll bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and driving device etc.
The particles are drawn into the gap between the rolls by their rotating motion and a friction angle formed between the rolls and the particle, called the nip angle. The two rolls force the particle between their rotating surface into the ever smaller gap area, and it fractures from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rolls.
Roller Crusher Advantages:
1. It gives a very fine product size distribution and produces very little dust or fines.
2. It is effectively used in minerals crushing where the ores are not too abrasive and it is also used in smaller scale production mining of more abrasive metal ores, such as gold.
3. Coal is probably the largest user of roll crusher currently. Coal plants will use roll crushers, either single roller or double roller crusher glass. Usually, this crusher will have teeth or raised forms on the face of the roll. (Double teeth roller crusher used for minerals and metal ores have smooth faced rolls.)
4. Besides, this roller is easy to operate, low in consumption, stable in running and simple in fabrication.
5. It is stable operation, easy maintenance, low cost, output size adjustable.
