Automatic Bronzing Machine for PU Leather and Suede Fabric
Product Description
Application:
Designed for the bronzing of plastic-skin,PU,PVC, cotton-hemp, silk, knitting, furrow-fabric, etc. or color changing of leather, PU, etc.
1) to add color pattern onto fabric and press the fabric with color film (Pattern transfer roller should be installed.)
2) to add color pattern onto color film and press the film with fabric (Pattern transfer roller should be installed.)
3) to add glue onto fabric and press and transfer the color of the film onto fabric ( For this function, the fabric can only get the color of the film without any pattern. That means, all over the fabric surface will have the color. Instead of pattern transfer roller, one full roller should be installed.)

Characteristice:
1. Pneumatic heating press unit (conducting oil heating roller and silicone roller): larger contact surface, good transferring effect, solid lamination, easy and convenient operation and energy saving.
2. Module heating drying oven or carrier roller: even heating, fast speed, energy saving, good surface effect, and wrinkle-free.
3. Left and right moveable blade frame: effectively protect blade and engraved roller and guarantees good stamping/bronzing effect.
4. Frequency control: convenient and synchronous operation, energy conservation.
5. Winding: equipped with winding device in the front and at the back of the machine, highly applicable, easy to operate and compact winding.

4. How can I trust your quality?
We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
