CK5123 Large Diameter CNC Single Column Vertical Lathe Machine Product Picture

Equipped with SIEMENS CNC control ( optional, FANUC and GSK), except CNC auto running mode, you can also use it in manual way.
Two configurations available, 4 steps gearbox plus AC variable motor, or 2 steps gearbox plus big torque DC stepless motor, with threading function and CSCS ( constant surface cutting speed) function
High grade casting from own foundry following by proper heat treatment.
Hardened guideway ( about HRC40). Perfect long lifetime and stable accuracy.
Beam is with the cover. Each lubrication part adopts automatic lubrication system and provide timed and quantitative centralized oil supply.
High precision gears in the gearbox ensure low noise and long lifetime. Good service, start production immediately after setup.
