Metal deactivator MI42 is a water-soluble metal corrosion inhibitor. This product is a derivative of methylbenzotriazole. Its advantage is excellent metal corrosion inhibition performance in water-based environments. It can be used in antifreeze systems, metalworking fluids, water ethylene glycol hydraulic oil systems, and other water-soluble products that require corrosion inhibition of metals.

Metal deactivator MI42 Features:
Excellent metal corrosion inhibition.
Good water solubility and compatibility in the formula.
Can be used as a substitute for benzotriazole to prevent cobalt precipitation.
The product has a low odor and no irritating odor.
Recommended dosage: When using antifreeze and metalworking fluids, the recommended dosage of MI42 in concentrated solution can be 0.1-0.8% depending on the requirements for corrosion inhibition. Customers can also make flexible adjustments according to their own formula requirements.
Packaging: 200kg/drum or 1000kg/IBC drum.
