The finished electro galvanized wire surface is shinning and no dezincification. It is widely used in various fields, such as construction, handicraft, wire mesh, wall mesh, highway fence, product packaging and daily civilian.

Pay-off
we supply pay-off stands for wire coil and stands for wire in spools according to customers' requirement.
Acid tank & water tank & galvanizing tank
there is circulating pump water sealing, keep the wire clean and no acid smell out. and have 4 pcs galvanzing tanks to ensure the zinc coating better and shinning.
Electric drying device & frequency rectifier & zinc ingot
drying device use air blowing make the wire dry, the wire can anti-rust for a long time. we have 200kva/3000kva/4000kva frequency rectifier, will design the capacity base on the machine production capacity according to customers' requirement.
Take-up
we supply horizontal type take-up, trunk type take-up and vertical take-up according to customers' requirement.
