PTFE Cassette / Teflon Cassette, Capacitor of wafer can be customized and designed by customers' request, able to resist strong acid, strong hydrofluoric acid, strong base and heat up to 200~220ºC, use to deliver wafers in acid & base process of Fabrication factory.
These cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are resistant to histological solvents.
Photovoltaic, semiconductor, solar energy and other industries, silicon wafer, wafer, glass, liquid crystal screen, battery wafer, as we know, these advanced material is expensive, when cleaning it, we must be careful and ensure the items container anti-corrosion, so that make sure the advanced materials in perfect condition during washing process.
The Wafer Carrier is made from PTFE, able to resist strong acid, strong hydrofluoric acid, strong base and heat up to 200~250ºC, use to deliver wafers in acid & base process of Fabrication factory.
Low profile design allows the greatest possible wafer exposure to increase cleaning and drying efficiency. Enhanced stability for horizontal wafer handling.
H-shaped end for equipment interface. Solid end wall. Wash slots in side walls. Improved predictability of wafer location.
