The model of the SL-25 is equipped with a larger travel span of the X and Z-axis plus the robust and precise hardened linear guides providing a capacious work envelope for the various tool arrangements, like the possibility of side live tooling on the X-axis. Thanks to the self-developed SmartBrian™ CNC control system, programming with CNC simulation is quite user-friendly.
Features

High rigidity body structure, the lathe base is FEM analyzed to ensure the superb rigidity and stability of the lathe.

The patented slant bed design increases the X-axis travel to 500mm and Z-axis to 180mm optimizing the lathe size and stability.

Turning, drilling, tapping, and contouring functions can reduce cycle processing and improve production efficiency.

The main spindle has with C-axis function, high speed, high precision, and low vibration which can make the workpiece precise. Each spindle bearing assembly was tested for dynamic balance before installation to ensure high-speed running stability.

Equips with Taiwan 25mm ball screw rod rail and 25mm linear guideway to provide precision and low vibration tool carriage movement.

Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system is smooth and long-lived.

Robust hydraulic collet chuck can hold bars up to φ24mm and single workpieces up to φ180mm.

SmartBrain CNC system co-works with quality electrical parts to provide operation and durable use.
