Product Description
Make up
Inner pre-strand, outer pre-strand, U-shaped hanging ring, extension ring, insert ring, ground wire, etc
Use
Under full tension, the OPGW cable is connected to the terminal tower, the tension tower and the cable connection tower.
It is used for OPGW management line tension terminal tower, tension pole tower, pole with Angle (elevation) greater than 25° and continuous pole tower.
Characteristic
a. Uniform stress distribution, no stress concentration point, can be a good protection cable.
b. On the premise of not exceeding the lateral compressive strength of OPGW optical cable, it has a strong grip on the optical cable and can withstand significant tension.
c. The grip strength of OPGW cable is not less than 95% of the ultimate tensile strength of the cable (UTS) fully suitable for the cable frame set the need.
d. High strength, OPGW cable tension grip on the cable can reach the cable calculation tensile force (CUTS) more than 95%.
e. The cable clamp evenly distributes the stress of the cable, does not damage the wire, improves the vibration resistance of the cable, and greatly extends the service life of the wire.
f. Good corrosion resistance, the material is completely consistent with the wire, so as to ensure strong corrosion resistance.
g. Simple installation, the clamp can be quickly and easily installed manually on site, without any special tools, by one person complete the operation.
h. The installation quality is easy to guarantee, the installation quality of the wire clamp is easy to guarantee, and the consistency is strong, without special training and meat eye inspection, simple and beautiful appearance.
Selection instructions
a. Select the appropriate type of tension clamp according to the ultimate tensile strength, running distance and outside diameter of the OPGW cable.
b. The standard configuration of the cable clamp is right-handed according to the outermost twist of OPGW. If OPGW's outermost stranding direction is left, it should be indicated in the order contract.
c. Quantity configuration :1 set/terminal tower; 2 sets/corner tower, OPGW cable connecting tower.
d. The wire clip is recommended for one-time use after bearing full tension.
Allocation
Terminal tower :1 set/tower
Tensile tower :2 sets/tower
Angle greater than 25°:2 sets/tower
Elevation greater than 25°:2 sets/tower
Connecting tower :2 sets/tower
