Distributor Tray Our Vapor Lift Distributor Tray ensures uniform distribution of liquid and gas over the entire cross section area of the catalyst bed. The tray is equipped with an unmatched number of dripping points, enabling uniform wetting of the catalyst below. It consists of a self-supportive structure, which both renders beams obsolete and diminishes tray deflexion. The absence of support beams also allows for increased catalyst loading and a consequently higher efficiency.
Catalyst Support Plate Our Catalyst Support is designed to support the combined weight of the catalyst, support material and oil. It can also withstand pressure drop over the catalyst bed during the entire catalyst cycle. Inverted support beams support the catalyst grid to minimize inactive reactor volume. Removable catalyst screens increase maintenance flexibility and minimized gasket requirements reduce maintenance time.
Center Pipes Centre-pipe/ Outer basket configurations used in radial flow reactors allow higher flow rates and reduced pressure drop compared with down flow systems. The use of vertical wires reduces catalyst pill abrasion. Our axially-seamless center-pipes have exceptionally high structural strength, and offer extended lifetime, compared to seam-welded patched structures supplied by any other manufacturer in the world. Our patented techniques ensure high accuracy and consistency of slot aperture, mechanical weld strength and screen lifetime in harsh operating conditions. Centre pipes of any height and diameter based on client's requirements can be manufactured with our unique manufacturing techniques and facilities.
Scallops Wedge Wire and Perporated Scallops allow a higher contact area with the catalyst than outer baskets, high resistance to twisting or buckling under extreme operating conditions. Vertical slot design significantly reduces any abrasion of the catalyst pills. Saiptech uses EM Hybrid techniques and thus offer advantages in weld strength, slot accuracy, slot consistency, surface smoothness and axial straightness.
