Here are two types of Plastic Pulver,
1. Blade type.
The new series plastic pulverizer mainly used in the field of hard PVC recycling, for example in the recycling of pipes and profiles to grind PVC waste, and the powder produced will be mixed with new PVC materials, and then used in the new extrusion production of pipes ,profiles, boards.
The machine is mostly suitable for the PVC raw material with higher percentage of CACO3 as filler.

d. The door cover of machine can be opened, it is convenient to do maintenance and blade/knife replacement.
e. The wind-water cooling system is adopted to reduce the working temperature of machine, which make the material abrasive not easy to be changed.

2. Disk type.
MF series grinder/miller/pulverizer can grind various theremoplastic material economically and efficiently at normal temperature. It can produce high-quality powder(free-flowing powder with high bulk density) for rotational molding applications. Such as the material of PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PA, EVA, PET, PS, EPS,PC, Foam, cowhide,etc.
Our MF series grinder/miller/pulverizer mainly usedf for grinding PE in the rotational molding industry. In this process, a virating screen must be used to ensure that the powder with uniform fineness is screened.
It is mainly used for PE, PP,PET,ABS pellets/flake,etc, and also for PVC pellets with lower percentage(within 50%) of CACO3 as filler.
