Sawing machine uses saw as cutting tool to cut and carve wood through reciprocating motion of strip saw or band saw or rotary
motion of circular saw. The common saw machines are band saw and circular saw.
Sawing injury accidents mainly include cutting injury of saw, fracture and ejection of saw blade, strike injury of wood, etc.
Sawing injury can be prevented by using safety protection device and correct operation fuselage. The function of the machine body is to support the upper and lower saw wheels and connect all parts of the saw machine
as a whole. Generally, it is made of cast steel or cast iron. It should be firmly combined with the foundation, and the center of
gravity should be as low as possible to make the fuselage have enough vibration resistance and stability. The vertical guide rail
on the fuselage column is used for lifting the saw wheel bracket. The fuselage should be closed as far as possible.
