Product Structure
Hawker's essential series products are new European designed open lead-acid batteries,using DIN and JIS specifications.
This series of products has a sturdy structure and adopts mature tubular electrode plate technology.The battery cells and battery covers are made of high-temperature resistant polypropylene material welded through heat sealing technology,which can effectively prevent acid leakage.
The battery cells are installed in customized boxes,connected by flexible bolts,sealed and insulated with connecting strips,ensuring safety,reliability,and easy maintenance.
The exhaust port cover adopts a flip design and is equipped with an electrolytic liquid level mark,which is safe to use and can fully discharge the gas released during charging,making maintenance convenient.
Optional
The electrolyte float and electrolyte warning light of JIS series batteries can be installed according to the height of the battery.
The water addition system is also available for ordering.This system can safely add water to the most suitable location through a water addition device,and can greatly shorten the water addition time.
It is recommended that users choose Hawker modular high-frequency chargers to be used in conjunction with batteries.Choosing chargers of the same series can keep the battery charging in the best condition,thereby maximizing the battery's service life.
The charger uses high-quality electronic components,and a perfect charging curve can not only optimize battery charging,but also save a lot of power consumption,which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Water Less®is a new and efficient traction battery designed with the best and most innovative technological solutions to meet the demands of today's operating modes.
Due to the reduced charging intervals of 4,8,or 13 weeks required for maintenance,the battery provides greater flexibility and higher operational efficiency,depending on the charging technology.This translates into reduced operational costs for battery refilling and maintenance.
All Water Less®All batteries use validated PzS technology.The positive electrode is composed of pressure cast tubular plates,and advanced components are used in production to improve efficiency.The negative electrode is composed of a flat plate coated with active material.The partition is of microporous type.
The implemented technical specifications,such as higher electrolyte capacity,reduced prism height,and new manual cover,ensure low maintenance added value,which is one of the biggest demands in traction applications.

HAWKER®WATER LESS®BATTERIES COMBINE THE POWER AND RELIABILITY OF TUBULAR VENTED TECHNOLOGY(PZS)WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF EXTENDED WATERING INTERVALS–4,8 OR 13 WEEKS,DEPENDING ON THE CHARGING TECHNOLOGY.LESS FREQUENT TOPPING OFF MEANS REDUCED LABOR COSTS–UP TO 60%(WITH HAWKER 50 HZ CHARGERS)AND UP TO 75%(WITH HAWKER HF SMART CHARGERS).
All Hawker Water Less cells use proven PzS technology.The positive electrodes are diecast tubular plates(PzS)and advanced components used in the manufacture provide increased efficiency.The negative plates are flat pasted plates,and the separator is microporous.In addition to extended watering intervals,Hawker Water Less batteries also feature a low electrolyte level indicator that tells operators when it's time to top up.
