5 Axis CNC Sawjet can not only perform efficient Line cutting by Blade Saw, but also can process various curves and small angles by Water jet. It can process stones with high hardness , such as sintered stone, porcelain, ceramic, etc. Making it easy for stone chamfering, basin hole and internal angles processing. The processing method of this machine is flexible and convenient, with a high degree of automation and simple operation. It is currently the most advanced stone processing machine in the stone industry.

2. With Automatic Sand-feeding system

Capcity:100 KL Working Pressure:0.2-0.3MPa This system provides a sand storage function for waterjet cutting machine,automatically transferring abrasive to the sand pan, which is easy to operate and can improve the automation level of the equipment and reduce the labor intensity of operators. The 100-liter volume ensures the required amount of sand for cutting continuously for 200 to 300 minutes.

3. With cooling tower

Diameter: 800mm Height: 1500mm Cooling Capacity: 3 m3 In order to effectively control the oil volume, an economical and practical cooling tower is used for cooling. This machine is equipped with high-end RTCP five-axis CNC controller + industrial touchscreen computer + smart cutting software, and is driven by bus servo. The system has built-in convetional shape library and countertop templates library, supporting data size input. Operators can also import DXF format drawing file or design drawings by collection point coordinate drawing function. The operation of this machine is simple and easy to learn. It can access the Internet through wired network, WiFi or mobile phone wireless sharing.
