Features of Terranflex® Composite Insulation
1. Anti-condensation Performance improved by 200%
ATP (Anti-condensation Texture Pattern One-step Forming)technology was used to increase the surface area through the uneven surface and improve the heat release coefficient of the surface material. Tested by Chinese JG/T258-2018 Non-metal and Composite Air Duct standard, the condensation-free performance is increased by 20%.
2. Tear Strength Enhanced by 7 Times
Terranflex® outer insulation layer is made of high tear resistance materials with high elasticity, superior surface strength, impact resistance, and elastic recovery. Tested in accordance with ISO8067.2018 Flexible Cellular Polymeric Materials - Determination of Tear Strength Standard, Terranflex® surface tear strength can reach to765N/m, it's 7 times better than general insulation materials and can avoid all kinds of damage and breakage during installation and post-maintenance process.
3.Properties of Environmental Friendly and antimicrobial Upgraded to the Highest Level
Terranflex® is made of green and environmentally friendly materials, the formula is non-toxic, and no harmful substances. Meanwhile, by adding effective ingredients to the outer layer, the anti-microbial performance can reach the highest level ( Grade 0 )The reproduction and growth of bacteria can be significantly inhibited， so as to achieve the purpose of effective antimicrobial performance.
4. Anti-aging and Lifespan improved by 50%
Terranflex® outer layer utilized a new “non-cracking” polymer rubber material which has better anti-aging and anti-UV properties. According to the ISO4892-3 standard test by SGS, the material has no cracking, no damage, and no deformation after simulating ultraviolet irradiation conditions for 500 hours. The service lifespan is increased by 50%.

Terranflex® adopts the unique patented ATP (Anti-condensation Texture Pattern One-step Forming)technology features with simple and high-grade, making the water pipe and air duct system more harmonious with the environment. Terranflex® has been granted national design patent protection.
