SCM Series of CNC spring end grinding machine is mainly used in synchronized spring of double surface of compression spring,including cylindric spring,conical spring and double conical spring. The machine adopts two vertical grinding wheels to grind springs put on feeding plate which pass through two grinding wheels. Feeding speed of upper grinding wheel can be adjusted. Through manual feeding mode or automatic feeding mode spring can get the preset height,you can obtain the greatest capacity of grinding according to the pressure. The machine has automatic compensation,automatic reset,giving alarm function,through man-machine dialogue manner and programmed on the computer screen,convenient operation and high production efficiency,it is ideal equipment for mass springs double surface grinding.

OUR ADVANTAGES:
1) For the trandition machine, they use the normal motor, which transfer the signal by encoder,so there will be some errors. But for servo motor, it can greatly help tp avoid such problem.

2)Servo motor control is more easy to operate, you can see the program on the operation screen more friendly.

3)When machine on, the SMC logo on the machine will light on, and if anything happens, it will turn to red.You can see the situation from long distance.

6)The upper and lower compensation value is ±0.02mm,much more good than trandition machine.

7)Machine entire body is casting made, which requires high technology and not easy to out of shape, so the cost is high. When we get the casting body, we need the aging treatment to release the stress inside the casting, so machine performance will be more stable.
