1. Treatment step
Use the H2O probe to remove the dead skin cells, improve the skin tone through use of suction and stimulation of the internal skin layers
Move down outside perimeter of face, chin, and nose
For more delicate skin turn suction down proceed upper lips, eye area, and neck
The length of the stoke is directly related to suction strength longer slower movements create more stimulationbeneath the surface shorter quicker movements are more about exfoliation use shorter quicker movements forsensitive areas, eye area and hyper pigmentation areas.
2. What type of skin can benefit?
All skin types and skin colors can benefit from microdermabrasion treatments. Aging, congested, flaky, dry, devitalized, thickened, blemished, and dull and sun damaged skin will be rejuvenated and refreshed, Blotchiness, uneven skin tones and texture will be improved.
Microdermabrasion will reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, chicken pox scars, brown/age spots, fine-lined wrinkles (rhytides),hyperkeratosis (overgrowth of the hornylayer), large pores, and other skin imperfections.
3. How many treatments are needed?
Average treatment protocol is 4-12 treatments.
How many might be necessary will depend on the condition of the skin and the needs of the client.
Initially treatments can be performed every 7-10 days or 10-14 days apart.
Once the series of treatments completed it is recommended that monthly maintenance continue in order to maintain the desired result.
