Automatic powder ribbon blending machine Introduction
The impeller and screw ribbon blender install with of inner and outer mixing blades and screw belts installed on the mixing shaft to drive the materials in the barrel body, so that the agitator turns the materials in the maximum range in the barrel body. In terms of the structure of agitator, the screw belt is designed to be the inside and outside, and the right and the left are opposite to each other. When the agitator is working, the inner screw belt drives the material near the shaft to do axis rotation, and the axial drive is from inside to both sides. The outer screw belt drives the material near the barrel wall to do axis rotation, and the axial drive is from both sides to the inside, which results in the convective circulation and shear infiltration of the material in the barrel. Complete material in a short time of rapid and uniform mixing.
Usage :
The Blade blender used in food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, solid pulp (powder and glue) mixing.
Working principle
