Plastic baling machine is a machine for compressing waste papers into compact bales.The baling press reduces the volume of your waste piles, that means you save valuable space that the bulky packaging materials take up on-site. The application includes wholesale, manufacturers, logistics, central storages, paper industry, printing plants and disposal companies. And the baling press is suitable for the following materials: scrap papers, cardboards,carton boxes,corrugated papers, plastic films and much more.
The baling press is constituted by capacity of 10~100 tons per hour and makes the bale weight up to 1 ton. This paper baler can be used for baling a wide range of objects such as carton boxes, corrugated papers, magazines, plastics,cardboards etc.
The main feature is a scrap baler with initiative twin -cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Furthermore, we fabricate the recycling machine with rigid body to enhance its durability.
Vertical baling press is suitable for the recycling collectors and waste manufacturers, especially for those with large space and high outputting demand. We had designed it to be set in the middle of the baling press machine in order to feed it the waste material. The baling press can be customized with different demands, and can make the bale size to be 1050mm wide and 1100mm high (Variable Length) according to customer's requirement.
