High frequency ERW pipe welding machine tube mill is specialized in producing carbon steel pipe and galvanized pipe. It can be used in the production of handrails, railings, tables and chairs and other pipes. It can be directly and easily extruded into pipes with different shapes, such as round, square, rectangular, shaped and so on, by welding the pipe making machine with mold design.

The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ25mm-Φ76mm with thickness of 1.2mm-4.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths. Finished product will be of round pipe, square and rectangle pipe.
