TFHD350-2 HIGH SPEED CNC DRILLING MACHINE WITH TWO SPINDLE FOR FLANGE
Applicable Industry:
Mainly used in the drilling processing of the round pieces such as flanges, plate and etc. Replacing the man-made and the drill plate making and drilling. Improve the product precision and the productivity of labor. Reduce the period of production arrangements to be suitable of quantity production.
Product Feature: The machine tool is consisting of the main engine, cooling system, hydraulic pressure system, electric control system and so on. The machine tool can machining several kinds of aperture and can be suitable to all standard work pieces. The machine tool is the principle axis high pressure and high speed cooling drilling equipment. The two principle axis are self-existent in the operation processing which are improving the work efficiency, the intensity and the stability. The machine tool is accurate positioning owe to three axles: axle Y and W are NC while axel Z is hand control. The work piece can position accurately in the center of the working place, drilling and adjust the speed fast or slow when the drilling bit close and away the work piece. The machine tool adopts the water-soaked principle axis whose provenance is Taiwan. The machine tool adopts electric control system and the centralized control system. The lube oil system adopt the way of disperse medium with simple structure which are convenient to use and maintain. The machine tool has automatic drain device and the high-pressure cooling system. After Sales Service
Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.

Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 5-10 days for above machine generally.

Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
