Application: Sewing the body of filter bag for PTFE, Nomex, PPS, P84, Fluoro-US silk and Acrylicfiber.

The Description of PTFE Sewing Thread
Thanks to its excellent stability,non-aging,strength does not decay,it is a bag of "loyal partner" in the filter area. The PTFE sewing thread the first choose for its uniqe characteristics in the performance of heat resistance, abrasion resistance, acid resistance and also the working life. The PTFE sewing thread has a max heat resistance of 260 degree, which mean it can hold 10 minutes at 260 degree and other material can't. And the Ptfe sewing thread has a great strength, it won't change the shape and also its capacity when time goes. Compared to the Nomex, polyester, fiberglass sewing thread, it is more expensive, still we all like it.
With the characteristic of good chemic stability of PTFE, it is widely used in the fiber materials under high temperature, strong acids and strong base condition.
PTFE fiber can be classified into White Staple Fiber and Brown Staple Fiber. Brown fiber is produced from carried-added emulsion treated with pressure and extrusion, followed by removal of carriers under high sintering, there are still several residues of carbonized carriers adhered to the fiber surface, which makes the fiber brown in color.
PTFE Sewing Thread is made of PTFE Filament Fiber.
