Use and features

It is also named as strip cutting machine, fabric striping machine, material and straight-grain fabric cutting machine. It is used for striping of various widths of materials like fabric, non-woven fabric, tent, umbrella, yacht, foam, leather, and plastic. It is an ideal machine for the fields of clothes, boxes, shoes & hats, garment accessories, reflective fabric, tarpaulin, umbrella and tourist products. This machine always works with beveling batcher.
1. Stepless speed change system is applied on main shaft and round blade so that speed can be adjusted freely and front-reverse cutting control switch can be available.
2. Imported ball-bearing slide rail is applied for a parallel cutting width. With imported precious ball screw and slide rail, cutting width can be controlled for high-precision cutting.
3. Frequency-control system is applied to control blade speed, stepless adjustment is applied to control cutting speed against wears and for high-quality strip cutting.
4. The operation interface is a programmable control screen in Chinese version where you can input cutting width and quantity settings. It also has the function to shift between manual and automatic operations.
5. Quick feeding design makes it possible to feed and discharge by only one action.
