Efficient Maf4-1300 Compact Decoiler Straightener for Metal Sheets

Product Description

3 in 1 is a combined machine which combines decoiler, straightener and feeder together. It is specially designed for the producing of wide material and material with high yield strength.
The feeding rollers and straightening rollers of the equipment are specially treated with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. The surface of the rollers is treated with hard chromium plating to increase the surface smoothness of the roller.
Some special materials are sandblasted to ensure the feeding accuracy will not be affected due to slipping during the feeding process; a new type of automatic oiling device (optional) is equipped at the output, and the oiling rollers are wool felt, which is conducive to the protection of the material surface and even mixing of the oil layer.
Adopt the Japanese servo motor to ensure high-precision feeding; the operation panel adopts the color LCD, large-scale touch screen, high-definition operation picture, cooperate with the operation safety protection system, even the green users can operate safely; the perfect operation system humanized design shortens the preparation work.
The advanced automatic diagnosis system helps the operator quickly control the performance of the machine; the design concept of enhancing the safety factor makes the safe service life of the equipment longer.

We are located in Huarong, Yueyang, Hunan. You can take high speed train toYueyang station or fly to Yueyang airport. We can pick you up from Yueyangstation or airport. lt's about 1 hour by car from our factory to Yueyang stationor airport.
