Product Description
Vulcanization tank refers to the equipment for vulcanizing rubber products with steam. It is a quick-opening pressure vessel that needs to be opened frequently.
The steam pressure of rubber vulcanization generally does not exceed 1MPa gauge pressure, and the temperature is about 180ºC below. The structure of the vulcanization tank is a cylindrical container with a convex head. It is divided into vertical type and horizontal type, and one end head is quick-opening type.
Small canisters are opened and closed by hand, and large canisters are opened and closed by hydraulic method. When hydraulic opening and closing, the locking teeth of the sealing head and the connecting part of the cylinder can be locked or receded by pushing the head to rotate at a certain Angle. A rocker arm is connected between the head and the barrel body. A conveyor track is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal vulcanization tank for the carriage with vulcanized rubber products to enter and exit. The canister is subjected to alternating load, and cracks often appear at the root of the quick-opening gear. During operation, the end cover must be opened only after the internal pressure is completely relieved. For this reason, an interlocking device for pressure relief and quick opening of the door must be installed to prevent the quick opening of the door from causing safety accidents when the pressure is not fully relieved.
