Coiler machine
The purpose of this machine is to form hoops from flat strips. The end products are formed into light and heavy truck rims. The machine can be either manually fed by an operator or automatically fed using an automatic blank preparation system. After coiling the bands are automatically ejected into a short exit chute.
The coiled hoops feature a short circumferential flat on both sides of the gap permitting the use of flat welder and weld trimmer tooling, while at the same time providing minimal out-of-roundness of the coiled hoopsAs a major wheel rim machinery manufacturer, we supply a variety of equipment, including the coiler machine for the wheel rim production line.
