Megabond JS1175 / GS1175 is a solvent based two component polyurethane adhesive for flexible packaging lamination.

Specially designed for plastic film lamination with resistance to sterilization of 100ºC/30mins. Suitable for dry lamination at various speeds. Applicable to lamination of plastic/plastic, plastic/aluminum.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
The products are inflammable, should be transported and stored as dangerous articles. It should be stored in cool, dry, well-ventilated places. (The products must be handled with care in loading. )

Application
The adhesives are commonly employed in flexible packaging industry where the end products require multi-functional properties, such as high tensile strength and distinct barrier properties, sterilization resistance, etc., which include packaging for food, medical, detergent liquid, cosmetic; vacuum bag, zipper bag, stand-up pouch, penguin shaped pouch, seal pouch, ketchup, yogurt package and so on.
