AMS 1117 Voltage Regulator Sot-223

Product Description

AMS1177 is a low-voltage differential linear voltage regulator circuit with an output current capability of 800MA. This series of circuits includes fixed output voltage versions and adjustable output voltage versions.
The output voltage accuracy is ± 1.5%.
In order to ensure the stability of the chip and power system, AMS1177 has built-in thermal protection and current limit protection functions, and the product adopts correction technology to ensure that the output voltage accuracy is controlled within the range of ± 1.5%.
AMS1177 is packaged in SOT-223 and TO-252-2L .

Main features:
With only two external resistors, the ADJ output voltage can be adjusted from 1.25V to 13.8V
Fixed voltage output 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5.0V
Output current capacity 800MA
Output voltage accuracy ± 1.5%
Working voltage up to 15V
Voltage linearity less than 0.2%
The load adjustment rate is less than 1.0%
