GHSS-2800 Honing Head, Diamond Cylinder Honing Head

GHSS Hone head designed used on Sunnen SV10, SV20, CV-616 and CK21 honing machines.
GHSS-1480 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 37.59mm - 49.78mm (1.48″~1.96″)
GHSS-1950 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 49.53mm - 62.99mm (1.95″~2.48″)
GHSS-2440 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 61.97mm - 71.88mm (2.44″~2.83″)
GHSS-2800 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 71.12mm - 90.42mm (2.80″~3.56″)
GHSS-3410 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 86.61mm - 112.77mm (3.41″~4.44″)
GHSS-4410 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 112.01mm - 140.72mm (4.41″~5.54″)
The GHSS Series Honing tools were developed for use in Sunnen or other brand Vertical Honing Machines. The honing tools consist three to four sets of six or eight spring loaded stoneholders, which utilize Diamond or CBN abrasives.
GHSS-2800 Hone Head
Hone bore diameter from 71.12mm to 77.72mm, 77.47mm to 84.07mm, 83.82mm to 90.42mm. By use 3 sets of different height stone holders for different bore diameter.
GHSS-4410 Hone Head: Hone bore diameter range from 112.01mm - 140.72mm (4.41″~5.54″)
