Product Description
This production line adopts the extrusion method of one molding process, PP as the main raw material, the production of three-layer sandwich plate, two sides of the thin surface layer, the middle of the honeycomb structure can be layered single-layer plate, double-layer plate. PP honeycomb board can also be formed once double-sided cloth, film, has the advantages of light weight, good stiffness, environmental protection, cold resistance, sound insulation, moisture insulation and so on.
PP honeycomb panel can be divided into five layers, the specific layers are as follows:
First layer: non-woven fabric
The second layer: polypropylene plastic surface
The third layer: polypropylene plastic honeycomb layer
The fourth layer: polypropylene plastic bottom layer
Fifth layer: non-woven fabric
Among them, the first layer and the fifth layer can be used selectively according to the product situation
Honeycomb panel type
According to the purpose of the product is divided into two categories:
1, applied to passenger car trunk cover, trunk partition, trunk carpet substrate, side decorative plate, ceiling and other interior parts.
2. It is used to make all kinds of high-strength packing boxes, such as logistics transportation turnover boxes, instead of traditional wooden boxes.
Advantages of honeycomb panel
First, dustproof durable
PP honeycomb board, as an environmental protection board, does not produce dust in use, has a long life, which is 5-10 times the life of ordinary corrugated board.
Two, recyclable
PP honeycomb board can be recycled, is gradually replacing corrugated board, relatively low cost, in the logistics industry has been a rapid development.
Three, can be customized
PP honeycomb panel can be made into a variety of colors, a variety of thickness, thickness range of 3mm~12mm.
Four, strong pressure, impact resistance
PP honeycomb panel absorbs the external force, so as to greatly reduce the damage caused by impact and collision. It is widely used in many fields such as car bumper and sports protective gear.
Five, light quality
The light weight of PP honeycomb panel can greatly reduce the load weight of the transportation tool, so as to improve the speed of the transportation tool to a certain extent, and reduce the cost of transportation. Widely used in yachts, cars, trains and other transport vehicles shell, ceiling, partition, deck, floor and other interior decoration applications. And the making of bags and suitcases.
Six, sound insulation performance is superior
PP honeycomb panel can greatly reduce the diffusion of sound transmission, can be used as a series of cars, yachts, high-speed cars and other noisy transportation equipment sound insulation basic materials, but also as some noise, or high noise requirements of the place of building decoration materials.
Seven, excellent heat insulation performance
PP honeycomb panel insulation performance is superior, can effectively block the spread of heat, is the internal temperature is relatively stable, in the refrigerator car and car box above has been a good application.
Honeycomb panel production line structure
Three layers of products using PP homopolymer, copolymer, bonding with PP phase capacity of good raw materials,
So as to ensure that the product compound simple, strong bond
