Q1: Where is your factory located?
A1: Our factory is located in Dongguan city and Chongqing city.
Q2.How can I choose the most suitable machines ?
A2: Please let us know your machining demand or machine size, we can choose the best model for you, or you can choose the exact model by yourself. You can also send us the products drawing, we will choose the most suitable machines for you.
Q3. What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?
A3: MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year. but we will offer lifetime service for machine.
Q4: How to ensure the quality?
A4: 1.Firstly we choose best material for the processing.
2.Being and after processing, we will inspect the finished parts.
3.Machine finished, our company QC will test the machine as per customer requests.
Q5: How do we get the training for the machines?
A5: You can send your people to our factory and we will offer training free of charge, or we can send our engineer to your place.
Q6. What is your trade terms?
A6: FOB, CFR, CIF or others terms are all acceptable.

A7: T/T, 30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment; Irrevocable LC at sight. When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production. When the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you after we got your balance payment. we will send the machine to you.
