Main Features 1. The roller is made from alloy chilled cast iron, featuring a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness rating of HRC68-75.
2. The roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, providing smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise levels, and extended equipment longevity.
3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, ensuring simple and hassle-free operation.
4. An overloading protection device is equipped to safeguard the main components from potential damage.
5. The machine employs a single drive type transmission structure with nylon pin coupling to prevent damage due to transmission overload.
6. The base is an integral type with a closed transmission mode, ensuring safe and user-friendly operation.
7. Safety is prioritized with the installation of an emergency button and pulling rope.
8. Four sets of lubrication devices are installed, suitable for grease lubrication.
