HPM75 non-magnetic steel application:
Magnetic plastic, magnetic forming die
Wear-resistant non-magnetic tools
Steel for manufacturing non-magnetic molds in the electronics industry
Used for making high temperature glass mould
Can also be used for hot work die steels operating at 700-800°C
Compared with high manganese austenitic steel die life increased about 6 times
HPM75 non-magnetic steel die characteristics:
HPM75 is specially smelted to produce non-magnetic, high hardness, free cutting plastic die steel. The die properties are as follows:
High hardness
Good wear resistance, good nitriding handling
Permeability (μ) =1.01, it has the same non-magnetic properties as imported SUS304
The hardness of 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
HPM75 features:
